Gene Schmidgall, Chief Executive Officer, has announced his retirement from Hancock Concrete Products after 63 years of dedicated service. During Gene’s time with the company, the product line has grown from drainage tile to the large variety of items that Hancock Concrete Products currently offers to its customers. Gene always stressed quality and service and this attention to detail has been an integral part of the company’s success and reputation in the upper Midwest. As a result, his impact on the success of Hancock Concrete Products and the concrete pipe industry is hard to match. We owe Gene a great debt of gratitude for his years of service to the company and wish him many years of enjoyment during his retirement.
