A long span arch is used at this site to provide park access for
both vehicles and pedestrians.

Taking full advantage of the long span, the city was able to
accommodate both a trail crossing and a stream crossing under the
same structure. Concrete form liner and special surface finishing
were utilized to resemble large concrete block construction.
